Hilary Griffiths

Hilary Griffiths is a highly experienced private client solicitor and current Consultant at Willett & Co Solicitors. After many years in active legal practice, Hilary has taken a break away from the law, but remains closely connected to the firm in a consulting capacity.

Hilary studied History and English at Oxford Brookes University, before completing her legal training at Guildford College of Law. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 following her traineeship in London. Before relocating to Suffolk, Hilary was a partner in a London law firm, where she specialised in wills, probate, and elderly client services.

In 1995, she joined Willett & Co Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor, playing a key role in the firm’s private client department for many years. Known for her compassionate and insightful approach to sensitive matters, Hilary earned the trust of countless clients dealing with inheritance planning, estate administration, and trusts.
