Kerr joined Willett & Co as a Consultant Solicitor in September 2025. He advises businesses of all sizes across Suffolk and beyond, providing clear and practical legal support tailored to each client’s commercial objectives.

Kerr has experience across a broad range of commercial law matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on business structures and regulatory issues, and supporting companies with their day-to-day legal requirements. He also assists clients with commercial property matters, including leases, and provides corporate support in relation to acquisitions, partnerships and business restructuring.
