Helen O'Leary

Helen joined Willett & Co Solicitors on 2 September 2026 and is an experienced property solicitor who advises on a wide range of commercial and residential property matters.

She has particular experience in commercial property, including commercial leases, sales and purchases of land and property, development land, transfers of part, easements, overage arrangements, refinancing and secured lending, as well as agricultural land transactions. Helen also has experience dealing with residential sales and purchases and residential development work.

Helen works closely with clients to provide practical and straightforward advice throughout their property transactions.
